The Muppets (OK, Jim Henson and company) made a few high-budget movies, and several Christmas specials, but nothing topped this 1977 show, made lovingly on a relatively tiny scale. It’s been released on VHS and DVD a few times, so get it. In the meantime here’s some great outtake footage.
